Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Allstenics app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Israel Airenovboise (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

This policy describes what data the Application collects, how it is collected, all the ways it is used, and which third parties it is shared with. Please read it carefully before using the Application.

1. Information We Collect

The Application collects the following categories of information:

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

Display name (athlete name you choose)
Email address and name (provided via Sign In with Apple, only when you sign in for Pro features)
Age
Gender (Male / Female)

1.2 Biometric and Body Data

Weight (in kg or lbs)
Height (in cm or inches)
Weight unit preference (metric / imperial)

1.3 Health and Fitness Data

Fitness level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced / Elite)
Training days per week (1–7)
Fitness goals (e.g., Muscle Up, Handstand, Strength, Flexibility)
Injury history (specific body areas such as Shoulder, Wrist, Lower Back, Knee, Elbow, or None)
Available equipment (e.g., Gymnastic Rings, Pull-up Bar, Weighted Vest, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Kettlebell, Parallettes, Barbell, Ab Wheel)
Workout logs — for each session: date, duration, exercises performed, sets, reps achieved, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), and calculated volume load
Progression state — which exercises you have unlocked, are working on, or have mastered
Checkup / self-assessment data — exertion level, recovery quality, stiffness rating (1–10 scales), flagged joints experiencing pain or discomfort, and free-text athlete notes
AI-generated workout regimen — your current plan including exercises, sets, reps, tempo, and warm-up/cool-down selections
AI adjustment history — records of previous plan modifications with dates and reasons

1.4 Device and Usage Data (Collected Automatically)

Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The time spent on the Application

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.

1.5 Subscription Data

Pro subscription status and purchase history (managed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store)

2. How We Collect Your Data

3. How We Use Your Data

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

Provide and personalize the fitness service — store your profile, track workouts, and display your progression
Generate AI-powered workout plans and recommendations — your fitness data is sent to a third-party AI service (see Section 4 below) to create and adapt your personalized training regimen
Analyze your progress — the AI service processes your recent workout logs, checkup data, and progression state to provide insights and adjust your plan
Process subscriptions — manage Pro features and entitlements through RevenueCat
Cloud backups — for Pro users, your data is stored in Firebase Cloud Storage so you can back up and restore across devices
Improve the Application — aggregated, anonymized usage analytics help us understand how the Application is used

4. AI Data Processing — Third-Party AI Service

The Application uses Google Gemini , a generative AI service operated by Google LLC, accessed through the Firebase AI SDK. This section explains exactly what data is sent, who it is sent to, and how your consent is obtained.

4.1 Who Receives Your Data

Your fitness data is sent to Google LLC ("Google") via the Google Gemini API (Firebase AI SDK). Google's privacy policy governs how Google processes this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4.2 What Data Is Sent

When AI features are used, the following data is included in the request sent to Google Gemini:

Biometric profile — age, gender, weight, and height
Fitness level — beginner, intermediate, advanced, or elite
Training preferences — training days per week, fitness goals, and available equipment
Injury history — body areas you have reported as injured or sensitive
Current workout regimen — your full plan including exercises, sets, reps, tempo, and warm-up/cool-down selections
Recent workout logs — date, duration, exercises performed, sets, reps achieved, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), and volume load from your most recent sessions
Checkup / self-assessment data — exertion, recovery, stiffness ratings, flagged joints, and athlete notes
Progression state — which exercises you have locked, unlocked, or mastered
AI adjustment history — previous plan modifications and reasons

This data is sent without anonymization but without any PII because personalization requires the actual values to generate an accurate plan for you.

4.3 Why Your Data Is Sent

Your data is sent to Google Gemini to:

Generate a personalized workout plan tailored to your body, goals, and equipment
Regenerate or adapt your plan based on your progress, feedback, and checkup data
Recommend exercises suited to your current fitness level and goals
Analyze your workout trends and predict milestones

4.4 What the AI Returns

Google Gemini returns:

A structured workout plan (exercises, sets, reps, tempo, warm-up, cool-down)
Exercise recommendations with explanations
Progress analysis with insights and predicted milestones
Plan adjustment suggestions with reasons

The AI does not return your personal data back to other users. Responses are used solely within your instance of the Application.

4.5 Your Consent Is Required

No data is sent to Google Gemini without your explicit consent.

Before your first AI-powered plan is generated, the Application displays a consent dialog explaining that your fitness profile data will be sent to Google Gemini. You must tap "Allow" to proceed.
You can withdraw consent at any time in the Application's Settings screen under "AI Data Consent." Withdrawing consent immediately disables all AI-powered features and stops any further data from being sent to Google Gemini.
You can re-grant consent at any time through the same Settings screen.

4.6 Data Retention by Google

The Service Provider does not control how Google retains data processed through the Gemini API. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and the Gemini API Terms of Service for details on how Google handles data.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. The Service Provider requires that each third party provides the same or equal protection of your data as described in this policy.

The Service Provider may also disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 On-Device Storage

Your profile, workout logs, progression state, regimen, and settings are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage (MMKV). This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly use AI features (with consent) or cloud backup features.

6.2 Cloud Storage (Pro Users)

If you subscribe to Pro and enable cloud backups, your data is uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage associated with your Firebase user account. This data is used solely for backup and cross-device restoration.

6.3 Security Measures

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains. All communication with third-party services uses encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

7. Your Rights and Controls

You have the following controls over your data:

View and edit — you can view and edit your profile data at any time within the Application.
Withdraw AI consent — go to Settings → AI Data Consent and toggle off. This immediately stops all data from being sent to Google Gemini and disables AI features.
Export / back up — Pro users can create and download cloud backups of their data.
Delete all data — in Settings → Danger Zone, you can choose "Delete All Data," which permanently deletes your local data, cloud backups, Firebase account, and RevenueCat association.
Uninstall — uninstalling the Application removes all locally stored data from your device.
Contact us — you may contact us at [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

9. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete your data, you can either use the "Delete All Data" option in the Application's Settings or contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The Application provides fitness information and AI-generated workout recommendations. It does not provide medical advice. AI-generated plans are based on general fitness principles and the data you provide; they are not a substitute for professional medical or clinical assessment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

11. Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that they can take the necessary actions.

12. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-04-07.

13. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider. For AI-powered features specifically, the Application requests your explicit, separate consent before any data is sent to Google Gemini (see Section 4.5).
